Gasperec Elberts Consulting (GEC) was founded by Lisa Gasperec, PE and Megan Elberts, PE to provide high-quality, professional and cost-effective engineering and surveying services throughout the Chicagoland area.  Lisa and Megan bring over 30 years of civil engineering experience to their clients. Their philosophy is to understand the unique requirements of each project while providing each client with a high level of personal service and professionalism.
